Done in PSCS2, hope this works on the earlier versions, too~
Not the best rain 'tut around, but I'd be SO- happy if you can find this useful

where can you find the brush preset menu thing as shown on the panel under the title metode1?

Simply click f5. Voila!
Longer way is go to Window-Brushes.

Well I made it myself, so I think you can just download or printscreen this tut, select the pic and use Edit-Define Brush Preset~ ^^
