People has been asking me to make a Tutorial on how I make rain and storms, so Ive answered your prayers. Seeing that alot of people asked, Ive created an easy, step by step tutorial for you on how to make a Rainy Day. Ive gave it all I got and I tryed my best to explain it has simple as possible. I provide you alot of picture and information. I hope you learn something from my tutorial.
If you have questions on this tutorial and just dont understand it,please notify me and I can explain it to you better.

The motion blur tool on GIMP is really hard to get used to ;.; But this tutorial is so helpful!

Unfortunately Paintshop Pro's motion blur isn't as good as Photoshop's appears to be, but I think it turned out alright!

the only thing i have to say about this is the last part. the drips affect. other people do it different, but i must stress your motion. unless the figure below is standing still in that pose, there wouldn't be drips coming strait down off him/her and there might even be a slight splash with the tap of the paws as they come down. thats all. but oh i am so using this!

This deviantion is years, years, years, old. A lot of things in this deviantion is off since I was a runt when I made this.

This is a REALLY good tutorial!! Ha, I just realized that I had found this when I was on my old account, but I forgot about the turorial, but not the way to make rain, and I've been using this method for a while now X3
