People has been asking me to make a Tutorial on how I make rain and storms, so Ive answered your prayers. Seeing that alot of people asked, Ive created an easy, step by step tutorial for you on how to make a Rainy Day. Ive gave it all I got and I tryed my best to explain it has simple as possible. I provide you alot of picture and information. I hope you learn something from my tutorial.
If you have questions on this tutorial and just dont understand it,please notify me and I can explain it to you better.

i tried to use this. but it just doesn't turn out right, because of the line tool. I get stuck there, each time I do another line, it makes a new layer.

Assuming you use Photoshop, the Line tool will automatically create a new layer for the line. Quite pesky, but practical in some cases.
Select the layer(s) with the line(s) on and the layer you want it to be on, right-click and choose "Merge Layers". Hope that works for ya!
