People has been asking me to make a Tutorial on how I make rain and storms, so Ive answered your prayers. Seeing that alot of people asked, Ive created an easy, step by step tutorial for you on how to make a Rainy Day. Ive gave it all I got and I tryed my best to explain it has simple as possible. I provide you alot of picture and information. I hope you learn something from my tutorial.
If you have questions on this tutorial and just dont understand it,please notify me and I can explain it to you better.

I just randomly practiced this technique a bit. Looks so pretty! And it's kinda scary how realistic teh rain looks and all xD

Dx I have a dilemma...As far as I know, elements doesn't have an airbrush...Is there any other tool I could use? Because otherwise I don't think I'll be able to draw it..

Of course this tutorial is for photoshop users, unfortunatley, i dont have photoshop...but, i find my ways with the tut. with MS Paint!!! Lolz, here is the link to my finished MS Paint version of using this photoshop tut.
