Awesome tutorial, thanks a lot. I've experimented with making rain in a very similar way to method 1 on Paint Shop Pro for many a year but could never get it too look QUITE right. The subtle differences to your method made a world of difference.

I tried the first one, and it works great, but the rain comes out in different colours. I have PSP7, do you happen to know how I can get them white?

When you do it, there should be a little box that you can click that says "grey scale" I think. I don't use PSP I use OC
