Before you all kill me I am SO sorry for the HUGE size!!! D=Here I sit, sipping vanila tea and listening to music, and I present you with......A cloud tutorial! Yay! I guess this is pretty self explanatory, simply me telling you how I make my clouds in photoshop!
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, I don't know if I explained all that well.....

P.s For getting the cloud shape, just go with the artistic flow and let your tablet pen or mouse guide you! Use the force!!!
