This advanced part of my Tutorial on Latex and Shiny Surface in general is really all about one extra step - To add a reflective property on your surface. That really will make your latex a lot more convincing, since realistically these materials are not only specular, but also reflective.

Of course, making an accurate reflective material in the 2D medium is damn near impossible without reference, so this is just a streamlined trick method that I use to get that look.
