In the third "panel" Itachi is holding the same paper as in the anime before the massacre. It's a reference to that scene.
Certainly not the doujin I was talking about but oh well! I took a lot of liberties with this format. It's something that's been bothering me since forever so there. Peace.
Big ass file. Color management plz if your monitor makes it look reaaaally dark... it's my fault for not calibrating Photoshop. Argh. I'll fix it later.

This picture is astounding. The depth of emotion and turmoil is so apparent, that it's hard not to hurt just looking at it. It makes one see how much pure agony Itachi was in when he had to make that decision. You don't see things like this every day, and I love this. You did an amazing job. Btw, I was listening to this song when I saw this. It is an absolutely eerie, haunting melody that I thought fit this picture almost perfectly.

This actually made me cry. God I love Itachi; he suffered far too much.

This is raw, intense, and powerful. Rarely do we see Itachi break down like this. It is a snapshot of secrecy; something of a rarity, and precisely because of that, it is something special.
There are some people who complain that digital art is less 'art' and more 'let the computer to the work', but this piece begs to differ. Give some a blank white screen, and they would not be able to craft such a heart-wrenching descent into madness/trauma. They wouldn't be able to capture that emotion- but you did, and you did it superbly.
I love it (x10,000), but at the same time, I hate it- I hate that Itachi had to go through what no one should have to go through, and I hate that it warped his life and his brother's, and made them into who they became, since they had lost who they were.

I can only smile while reading what your insight is in regards of something that came from my mind inspired by the amazing character Itachi is. I wish I had the time to draw all the ideas I have...
I agree with you when it comes to artists complaining about the medium used to create art. As long as the thing itself triggers emotions, the canvas and technique is the last thing to worry about.

O MY....this art work is absolutly moving and inspiring and it really makes people start to understand how certain older siblings work, to a degree. you should really make more art work like this or make this art work animated :3 it would so be worth it. keep up the amazing job.
