Aww.. I really like this one. Darker themes are definitely a good element from you.
You may already or may not know it, but the issue presented here is not exactly a hidden one. There's an essence in your personality, your etiquette specifically, along with a few aspects of your art style which indicate a masked sadness. It's apparent in many of your works - Your style often screams "Cute", but at the same time there's something darker in their expressions. A struggle to keep a certain face.
It could be said that this is a "break" - When the pain builds over time, it gets harder to keep the mask on; When no one is looking, she lets it out, lets it take over, just for a few moments. It's only a temporary solution, but it helps in the short term. At the same time, you know that it only feeds the pain, and it gets worse every time. You need a permanent solution, something to change that would stop the cycle, but what? Is it really a mystery, or do you lack the confidence to chase that solution? Both, even?
Unfortunately.. It's not an uncommon situation. But you seem strong to me. That you even made this image shows that you're able to let it go, even if in portions.
Anyway, I really do like this. By far it's the most beautiful piece I've seen from you, which goes to show how important emotion can be when it comes to art.

And eh... I just have insecurity issues. A lot. I'm one of those people who is constantly paranoid about what others think, and because of this I always feel inadequate. And I've been through a lot of frusterations and other things, so yeah. I guess the feelings just inspired the picture.
