Super happy how this turned out. I painted this months ago and am just getting around to posting it here. Yes, I'm super excited for the Remake! *_* I can't wait to see Cloud.... in a dress. for as much time as I spent on the game all I really remember is cloud in a dress, the weird room full of cats in wutai, and chocobo racing. they better have chocobo racing in the remake

Impressing!
In the composition, the pose and the background complete each other nicely, strenghtened by the canon color palette.
Although the face isn't exactly canon, still it's very IC, I like how you smuggled more manliness into the character, not just by the sharper features but by his determined, grim look. He's ready for action, cold and professional, but one can notice a certain vulnerability in him too.
Extra points for paying so much attention to the details in the background. It just leads our gaze showing how deep it is... like how long he has to go yet, how much is waiting for him.
Very well done, very FFVII-like!
My favorite part is his left arm, it felt hard to take my eyes off it.
