Ok, new screenshot, same old thing... except for the new tray icons that I'm creating, and the wallpaper which I got it here and I really love it!OS: Ubuntu 10.04

Primero tienes que asegurarte que el tema GTK que estás utilizando no le pone fondo al panel... si es así, tienes que desactivar esa opción revisando los archivos de configuración del tema en sí... ahora, si el tema no le aplica un fondo, basta con hacer clic derecho en una zona libre del panel, ir a Propiedas, a la pestaña Fondo y ahí seleccionas una imagen para el fondo del panel

si el tema si lo cambia, creo, como hago eso, remember im noob!!! y q me recomiendas 10.04 o 10.0 para mi netbook, ademas me puedes pasar tu global menu applet pq siempre q la instalo en 10.10 no me salen los nombres de la aplicacion q esta corriendo y el fondo se le ve feo!!! otro tutorial no me quedaria nada mal!!

Tengo una duda: los iconos que se ven en el panel lateral de nautilus ¿Son parte de algún tema de iconos tuyo (Tini tray, etc) o son de otro tema?

Precisamente ando buscando algunos de 16px como los de tu screenshot, además de algunos mimetypes (me cansé de los mimes de Elementary y de faenza xDD). ¿Sabes también de algún set de mimetypes parecido -que no igual- a los de OS X?

Definitivamente el fondo juega un papel importante en tu escritorio. Esta genial. Lo publique en el grupo #Galaxy-GUI. Lo quiero publicar tambien en #Linux-Lounge, pero tengo que esperar algunos dias ya que para screenshots solo es permitido 1 cada 7 dias...

Es una regla que me incomoda un poco, pero tiene su proposito, y es que esta hecha para que no se bombardee el grupo con cualquier tipo de captuara y por el contrario sean mejores seleccionadas. Anyway, por ay lo publico. Saludos...
