Fan art made for the English-language edition of Excel Saga book 18. Big thanks to Mr Carl Horn for letting me do this!Aaand here just some classic fan service. Poor Kabapu, Lord Il is getting all the sweeties, while he has to do with a piece of moe machinery(and now not even that).
