A Page Not Found error on 4chan. They wanted original pictures for it featuring Yotsuba, and got a whole bunch from different people. It's still in rotation, as far as I know.

I will add my voice to the "holy crap, that pic is yours?" chorus and also give you some context for the 404 Girl meme mentioned above. It was indeed your pic that was used in the Failest Post to Ever Fail, though it could've been anyone's.
I had to rotate and negate the pic to recognize that Rozen Maiden image. Awesome.
