Description
One of the best things in the world is what the underside of batoidea look like.So I made a character out of my impression of it.
And I tried animating using only the liquify tool which I think has a ton of potential if I find the patience to be careful with it.
(there's a horrible grid that I don't know how to get rid of in the gif, here's the non-animated version of this guy:

I had to look up what a batoidea was haha- I've always known them as stingrays!
but while I was looking it up I saw this gif which definitely reminded me of this!
