Yeah, I am completely : a retro fan !I just freakin love those old Sonic games, especially the GG/SMS versions and when I see the games of these days... Since Unleashed, I've lost the faith on Sonic games.
But you already know that, so nevermind ! I AM STILL a big retro fan of Sonic ^^
So here it comes! The infamous Game Over screen of Sonic Generations, I promise you ! I never saw it ONCE...
It was while I was jumping stupidly on the helicopter at the beginning of Speed Highway level... I've lost all my lives and so... right... the Game Over screen appeared...
Holy s*** that sucks รจ_รฉ !!! Now, every game is so easy that there's no way to be PROUD to complete ONE of them.
I'm absoloutely not proud of me when I beat Sonic G, Modern Warfare or even Resident Evil 5 ! They're too simple, I'm BOREEEEEED...
So allow me to stay on games like Sonic 2, Megaman 2, or Kid Chameleon just to cry everytime I lose a life.

I have to agree with you there, Generations...Most games...They are simply too easy. Generations was beautiful, but painfully short >.< And the lack of fourth wall breaking...Of any joking really...It saddened me. Greatly. I like jokes, no matter how cheesy! DX I got a Game Over though on Crisis City - Classic. ...That level...*Shudders*

To be fair to you, Sonic 2 on the Master System has got to be one of the hardest platform games I have ever played, especially if you want the good ending - And I have played a lot of games in my lifetime, old and new

Actually, I think that they might have been to merciful for those that struggle with certain parts of the game (it took me forever to get some of the red star rings on some levels, especially City Escape during the skate-board part for the modern stage).

Yes, Sonic Generations was a little simple (except the final boss was annoying). That Sonic game you're playing in the first couple of panels was too much for me to play. But you really threw away Sonic Generations?
