So recently I've started doing a line of painted cameos. I know a lot of people will using layered resin to get that authentic look. While I like how that looks it can sometimes come out looking a little plastic. What I like to do is make a solid polymer clay cast of the cameo, then paint on the design in layers, usually as many as 7, to give that slightly antique ivory look to it. I'm still playing so some are a little hit or miss. I mostly posted this one since it was one of the first I did, and it actually turned out rather well. This one is for me, but I will probably be offering others for sale once I get the system down a little better.
