My favorite Darkwing Duck villain <3 I seriously admire DW and ND's voice actor; he makes their voices sound so unique and perfect to them, yet still similar enough so that you don't forget they are technically the same person (albeit from different dimensions). Negaduck is just so perfectly evil, though. I mean, he fulfills his villainous role in the show and does it with style. He's so evil and psycho in such an over-the-top way that it's hard not to like him, if that makes any sense.
