มีคนบอกว่าแค่ตื่นก่อนคนอื่นสัก 15 นาทีก็สร้างความแตกต่างให้กับชีวิตวันนั้นทั้งวันแล้ว ซึ่งผมเห็นด้วย เช่น เราจะไม่ค่อยแพนิค ไม่ต้องรีบมาก(และหลงลืมสิ่งต่างๆ) และเป็นไปได้ว่าจะไม่ต้องไปเบียบแนบชิดสนิทเหมือนแฟนในรถกับคนอื่น (ที่ตื่นไม่เช้ามากเหมือนเรา) จนเขิน!
Someone said that waking up earlier than other just 15 minute can change how our day perform, and I agreed!
Less panic, more relax, a good thing to start the day.
