rather scribbly and thus going on this account instead of the oneIt's possibly gonna be part of an animatic in the future, but in all honesty it's quite unlikely to get finished since I haven't finished any video in ages, let alone a "requires a buckload of separate drawings" one.

It looks like she's taking off or gliding among the stars in the night sky(or maybe she's floating among them in a dream since her wings don't move much)

It's supposed to be her spreading her wings while putting the stars in the sky, which is why they are meant to align with the movement of her horn. I guess it isn't all that obvious since it's only 2 keyframes and everything inbetween has to be added by the viewer's brain.
