Woo, finally finished it! If you were wondering how I made those backgrounds in rainy-bleu.deviantart.com/art/... and rainy-bleu.deviantart.com/art/... , well here you go! Well, it looks like I had some of the right idea, but mine was far simplified (and was finished before you posted this 8D) and looks nowhere near as good.
I'll have to try and see if I can manage this with GIMP.
