I did this because I was pretty much bored, I made that card layout from scratch for a commission, but the commission art wasn't done yet, so I decided to try it out on one of my faves! Celebi has always been and will always be one of my faves, Ever since I got mine from Pokebank she hasn't left my party/battle box lol, I wanted to go shiny. The attack is pretty puny because the ability is so kick azz, everyone would one this in their deck lol! The glowing orbs represents the colored energy types, I thought it was a good tie in to the ability! As yu can see it says 1 out of 99 so I decided to do my own Ex card set, they'll be all shinies, and all Ex lol! Tell me what yu guys think! Do yu love this card? Do yu like the idea of me making a full Ex/Shiny card set, let me know! I hope yu guys love it! Much love ~RaiZhuW!

How do people like you make the yellow border around the Pokemon?

People like me?!? I just draw them like my own fakemon, then change the outline color from black to yellow, and add a holo layer I like to it, in this case a broken glass holo layer.

Yupp, all of my artwork is custom, if I use anyone elses work it's just for the pose of the art, I never use anyone elses art as it is. I always draw it out myself and update it as I go. I change it in photoshop, in all of my art the outline is separate from the coloring and shading, all of my art is 100% editable.

Yes, commissions I actually give them copies of what they paid for, Requests they only get tu see what they requested on here with my logo branded on it somewhere watermarking the image.

Lol well I can see the limit of belief yu have in my skills, so sad "Cries in corner" Lol! Yes I made the whole card from scratch, the ShinyCelebi was done by me in the pose from a different artist tho, yu can see it on there page if yu look up their name, I updated the Celebi to my art style tho when I re-did the outline lol!

Yupp, just checked it on Serebi.com, she a Water only, I wonder if that changed on since Crystal Version... She was probably Ice on there, the the Celebi/Suicune movie came out, and they updated I guess because she was running on water lol.. IDK tho.

Nah, It'd probably be a 3 energy move with like 90 attack, I'm thinking about Aurora Beam lol! Where the opposing pokemon looses like 40 damage if they attack yu the next turn yu used this attack. That way it keeps that Aurora Beam feel because it weakens the pokemon it hits.

It's a custom deck mainly focused on sending monsters to the graveyard, and special summoning them right back on the field lol!

Lol well it is a EX, it has to be a bit strong, the Ability might be a lil over powered for the game, but the low damage attack and low HP helps even her out lol! I'm glad yu like her!

Yupp! it can be removed fast tho if yu don't use her wisely, she only has 1 retreat cost, so the ideal play would be to use her ability so she has 3 energies on her, 2 for her attack, and 1 for retreating from a sticky situation, then just attack ur opponents pokemon and use her ability to build up ur stronger pokemon on the bench, yu could even equip her with a trainer that makes her do more damage, so she could be a force to be reckoned with, most of the time she'd get beat before yu could really use her like that tho lol, no matter how strong this ability is yu still can only place 1 energy card a turn, unless directed otherwise by a different card lol!
