Felt like doing a Shiny Rayquaza, I'm not sure how I like the holo effect on the Shiny color tho, I might play with it later on... I hope yu like it, I always felt Rayquaza should have been typed Dragon/Electric, so I decided to do more of a thunder kind of card, Electric Energy needed, and a thunderstorm in the back lol! As yu can see it says 22 out of 99 so I decided to do my own Ex card set, they'll be all shinies, and all Ex lol! Tell me what yu guys think! Do yu love this card? Do yu like the idea of me making a full Ex/Shiny card set, let me know! I hope yu guys love it! Much love ~RaiZhuW!
