It's everybody's favorite space dorito, Peridot!Doing some warm up sketches before resuming commissions.
During my hiatus i started Steven Universe at the suggestion of a friend and fell absolutely in love with it.
If you haven't seen it yet do so now, it's really great.
My favorite character is Peridot. I love this green nerd.

First of all I didn't know if you knew I was a gem in the first place.
I might as well tell you I'm a fusion of Crystal and Turquoise.
They-they used to work for yellow diamond, that why I knew about Topaz and Fluorite.Β

i just wanted a good reason to fuse and fix the engine she to smart for me. Wonder what we will look like if a fused if crystal or turquoise seperatly *sits down*

//looks at the wiring to see if anything was cut or burned out
//takes a closer look at the numbers on the control panel and swears/
//rummages through the tool box until she finds a wrenchΒ
//holding up the wrench to the side of the engine, she bangs it against it's side.
Fuck, this is worse than I thought. It must be deeper inside then.
//goes to the back of the engine and opens the back panel (used to fix wires or anything inside the engine)
//leans into the engine and looks around until she catches a shiny material located right below the control monitor inside a bunch of wires
//leans further in until she's half into the engine and moves some of the wires away, ignoring the shocks they give her.
//garbs the object and pulls, finding it stuck to the floor of the engine.
God they really thought this through
//taps on the disc and a holographic screen with numbers floating around in a circle like the planets in orbit around the sun. Except in the middle theres a typing space.
Fuck, It's been years since I've seen gems use this kind of tech. I guess they're really desperate.
//types in a code and watches as it detaches itself from the floor.
//lifts up the device/disc and eases herself out of the engine.
//stands up and places the wrench and the device inside the tools box and picks it up.
//shuts the back panel and the control panel before opening the engine room's door.

they've been tracking us with this disc. It was in the bottom of the engine surrounded by a bunch of wires. Quiet brilliant actually. The way it blended into the interior was amazing and how powerful the magnetic waves caused even the engine to shut down now that I think of it.Β
