Already figured out a story for that:
Derpy gets tons of work to do at the post station. She doesn't get home. The Doctor tries to find her, until, after much time, he sees her up on a cloud sleeping. As he doesn't want to wake her up, he gives some use to his wings, which he had gotten tired to take of, since they always appear again, and takes Derpy and the cloud down to their home. Dinky and Sparkler fell asleep waiting for momma to come back, and the Doctor had already put them in their beds. As for Derpy, the Doctor placed the cloud, among with her, in Ditzy's bedroom. He went to read a book since he, as a now half Timelord, doesn't need so much sleep. The wall-eyed mare, as well for her daughters, found him in the sofa, taking a well deserved nap, and covered him with a blanket. The couple decided to have some vacation, to get away from the stress and relax.

That's so cute! I like that her flank and the cloud moves but doesn't change general shape. There's a really good midpoint between too muuch motion and too little. It'd be nice to see her blink awake after a few loops and doze off again. X3 Great job!
