I think there might have been a slight mixup. The symbols on those weights are of Kurgess, the god of bravery, competition and sport, not Alseta.

Alseta isn't one of the more well known gods in pathfinder, certainly being a monk to the god of door ways is a unique if peculiar calling. But transitions can mean so many things to so many people.
