He looks amazing i would have thought of him as a human but this is great it really captures his ruthlessness and how evil he really is

The war drums boosters had the best art out of all the sets, I especially liked the war troll and aspect of hextor boxs. I still own the last boosters I opened b/c the art is that good.

"Adept at cleaving his way through hordes of smaller enemies in a very gory way, the six-armed war demon also shows an unsuspected attitude to cleaning and cooking (usually at the same time) that can keep your torture chambers always clean of the victim's remnants (though you might not want to know what's *exactly* today's stew made of...), and they can be yours for the meager price of 300 souls*!! Call now and get your hometrained war demon before they run out!! And the first fifteen people to call gets a succubus free!!"

Gruesome and mighty - great portrait of destruction!!

They're a serpintine demon. From waist down full snake, waist up a woman with six arms.

ahh, its so refreshing to see that old d&d style artwork again. I'd have to say the atmosphere you apply to your backgrounds is my favorite part of these pieces. The only thing that looks a little funny is the green outline on the arms. But the whole thing is very nice anyways

Yes, the underlighting was to help bring the figure forward, probably could have been handled better.
Thanks

Amazing details and the forefront colours just pop so much. The colour balance is just perfect through my eyes. You've created such an energetic scene!

He is extensively armed! Nice work. Exquisite detail. The only thing that might be a problem is that there are similar tones throughout the whole thing that make it a little hard to pick out the figures from the background.

Never EVER get in the way of a demon and whatever it's got its eyes fixed on - unless you're a band of heroes, of course

Very nicely done Mr. Horsley, very nicely done indeed. The shape of the picture really gives the towering demon that tall monstrosity feeling. Good thing the box is shaped like that, aye.
The tusks bother me. They just don't seem to fit his mouth, as if they were bought from a novelty shop and attached to his cheeks.
My favorite part is the dying orc on the lower left. Good looking character and funny expression.
