"Yaah!" - It was clear where the initiative lay in this combat...
I wanted to present two clear strong figures, whose costuming and character were easy to read. To achieve this I adopted a more muted, less saturated, background against which their vibrant colours would stand out. Note how I fade the trailing, distant limbs by also dropping back their saturation. This also helps with the depth, and clarity.

Rogue done got the drop on the poor priest (guessing there, could be druid too since my own druid carries a lil book around along with her dagger, sometimes mace). Now if he's worth his salt, she won't ever come outta that daze, poor girl
