This is the third painting I have just created in the 'Wildborn' series. This had so many classic elements that I wanted to tackle, sunset, seashore, and Dragon. The mix of textures, from glass-like water, through fluffy cloud to striated sand made for a fun challenge.

Not sure why, but there's something in your recent works (besides things such as dragons and pastel colors) that brings back the happy memories from my early childhood

This reminds me of a scene from Deltora Quest. All that's missing is a lighthouse and for the dragon to be purple in colour and it could go along with the text!
