I got a new sketchbook today.
So I christened it with some more HTTYD fanart. Quick sketches of Hiccup facial expressions, Hiccup and Astrid riding Toothless in the "Romantic Flight" scene (my favorite song from the soundtrack) and some colored pencil sketches of the Deadly Nadder (which would would totally be my dragon...well, that or a horde of Terrible Terrors. Like a whole flock of them. 
)Again, sorry for crappy quality. Will re-scan properly soon.
A/N: Only after drawing Hiccup myself did I realize DreamWorks gave him a Zefron haircut. LOL.

Romantic Flight is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've heard in a long time. There's such joy and happiness in the wong, I'm glad it carried over into Astrid's expression.

The Deadly Nadder was my favorite dragon (well, after Toothless, of course). I just kept picturing them as big parrots and giggling.

Yea, that's due to the bad quality. I'm without a scanner right now so I have to resort to taking digital photos of my art and then trying to punch them up in Photoshop....which really doesn't work, considering the low quality of my camera lens as well.
Once I have my new scanner, I'm re-uploading all of these properly.

I get a very "parrot-like" feel when drawing the Nadder. Like that way when they cock their head to the side,
as if they're saying "Oh Rly?" Lol. And I would love a swarm of Terrors soooo much...would so pull a Wicked
Witch moment with them..."Fly my pretties! FLY!" *cackles*
Every time Toothless huffed Hiccup's ahir in the film I just went "D'awwwwwwww."
