Like you said, not much you can change. I'm happy you went with a shorter coat jacket as it is a nice little change from the original design and I like her stance, physique, and little changes to the chest plate. That said the leg mounted ring holder is a much needed bit of flair since her legs are very bare without it but I don't know if I like it or not. Honestly if it was just a piece of jewelry that shoes her different elements I might like it better, but as a "replacement" for the normal ring holders....eh. Again the legs would be pretty bare without them but you could have added in the shin guards on the original suit and maybe decorated them somehow or extended the bracelets/anklets a bit. Could also have extended the two points of her V crest back to create a more feminine looking pair of "fins" to simulate hair, even if only vaguely. Just some ideas.
Regardless I'm really happy with how she turned out! Thanks for the hard work!

Looking back on it, Wizard would've been the perfect time to had a female lead due to the magic theme. I do love the season, as it was the first one I watched when it was presently airing, but it would've been interesting to have a female lead.

The unfortunate truth of the matter, is that Toei have young Japanese boys as a target audience. Seeing as how they pretty much have a mono-culture and immigration is needlessly hard, which (thankfully) prevents "progressive" ideologies from being integrated. I can't see any future Kamen Rider series having a female lead rider. A female SECONDARY rider on the other hand may be in the cards.
Of course we may have a special 1-off or a special series reboot similar to Kamen Rider G or Amazons with a female lead.

Small response. Apart from the female ShinkenRed we had, MagiRed was almost a woman. MagiPInk's actress auditioned for the role and nearly got it. So... having a female lead in Toku has been considered.
