•CHI DRIVER
>A wrist mounted transformation device

>Functions
-Allows the user to transform to KR Chi
-Like KR Decade, the user is granted access to Rider Cards
-But unlike KR Decade, the user does not transform into other Riders
-Instead the user can mix the Rider Cards to obtain new forms, e.g.: [Chi Card + Rider Card] and eventually [Rider Card + Rider Card]
