Kamen Rider Apex is a unique rider that derives her power from the apex driver a scaled-down version of the apex armor combined with drive technology. the cyber keys (their technical term are force chips) contain information on cybertronians allowing her to gain their weapons and abilities. she can also combine with any cybertronian's prime armor as a prime master. he rider machine is also her partner Arcee.

the main user is Miko Nakadai.... uh oh. unfortunately Miko STILL hasn't learned the seriousness of war yet or flying off without permission and will most likely get into trouble requiring her fellow rider jack or one of the other Autobots to get her out of trouble. this is not helped by Miko's tendency to cause huge explosions and collateral damage with her insane levels of energy however these are (Almost)made up due to the fact the driver converts her frighteningly large amount of enthusiasm and emotional energy into fuel for the driver and huge power boost to any cybertronian who merges with her. it's enough for Arcee to be completely exhausted after one battle practically begging for reassignment to jack.
