Very nice. A pretty shading especially in the mane. The lines there makes for a pretty good structure (and I see some inhomogeneity in the lower left corner of the mane, I know this well 
And I love the colored iris. As you can see in some of my own drawings currently I love this style to draw only in shade of grey with a few or even only one colored ... emphasis (? can't find the right word here I think). I'm still looking for a good way to include this. In this drawing it works perfect.
