The basic concepts started out as flying slugs, then manta rays, concepts for my exobiology project, dragons and sapience were added.

That's pretty cool. I love the unique anatomy for it. I never truly understood revolving teeth ( like sharks? ) but I think I do now

The teeth of sharks are basically attached to skin, which grows outwards with the teeth on it.

Yes it isn't as they stand side by side during conversation instead of facing each other.
