It's practise for drawings of fossils I will do for university work, I'm not planning to upload them here. I might do some more personal artwork in this style, though.

Если не хочешь добавлять в основную галерею, такие работы можно добавить в Scrapbook. Туда добавляют скетчи, чертежи, наброски, другие рисунки, не подходящие в определённую категорию.

Yes, I know about the scrapbook, but as said, the fossil drawings will be for another purpose (besides this, they are not done yet; it will take some time till I can get the chance to get to the museum or the other samples are sent there). I can still scan the other ink practise sketches or the wolf bone I did practise with last year.

А, в таком случае, пока придержи работы. которые считаешь нужным отложить для момента, когда они понадобятся.
А те, что не будут задействованы в последующих проектах - можно выложить по желанию.
Никто не торопит. Сколько на это потребуется времени-столько и нужно. Удачи в работе! Пусть она помогает тебе!))

The drawing itself wasn't (it gets faster than one might think) but the constant nib cleaning and followed cursing was really annoying.
I'm still wondering how this sock hasn't disintegrated itself already.

It's not my pen, it was borrowed from the museum together with the ink. The ink is very pigment-rich and clogs the nib all the time.
I'm going to write my bachelor-work soon and will have to include several illustrations of my subjects; dot-shading is the default-style for that stuff.

Still, nibs are a pain in the protostome to use. You spend more time cleaning them than actually drawing.
