I only had a rough reference sheet for this guy at the moment.
It's a Sea Otter, with bits of combination with some weasels.
It has a raggedy red bandana, like Ramza's.
Why Sea Otter?
Well, it's about time that i should get a water element OC to practice drawing water. Plus I like Sea Otter, they are cute xD
