Lost track on how long this took me to complete @@; A few good months or so.Once upon a time, we had a very random backstory in a rolplay that never panned out the way it had been planned. Too bad really, it would have made for some great plotting :c
Basically, Lin and Ren Haine were the initial attempts at the Kagamine twins after Dell and deruko Honne. However, the Haine's were not without problems and they too were forced to be shut down and locked away forever.
Ren managed to survive deactivation but he watched in horror as Lin was taken out by one of the doctors/scientists at Crypton, mainly one Alpha Haiiro (Although this piece of information doesn't make much sense anymore because I have learned, Alpha along with the rest of the Rainbowloids are VIPPERS creations, and therefore belong with the company behind Teto, Ruko and Ritsu).

Ah man, that blue took me awhile to get. It's actually a mix of a few colors with the Laurentian set I have, but I think it is probable to get the same effect with similar colors in other sets.
I used peacock blue, pine green, aqua, deep green (for shading the darker tones), ocean blue and true blue.

Well, we both agree that blue does NOT want to blend well! Also, i'm having alot of trouble finding suitable colours for tan and mid-dark skin tones! Burnt umber does not a good skin tone make!

I have had the same experience with problems in finding suitable skin tones, especially the darker ones. Usually to make tan colors I put down a very light coat of light brown down and use light peach over top to achieve the color. You can basically use any of the lighter browns along with flesh or peach colors to get the results of darker skin tones you need.
Although now, they are apparently making our lives easier by making kits with pencils with the right tones to get skin effects xD

I can bet - Skintone has ALWAYS been a bother since I was little. I used to have an orange-like beige colour that I used, but I could never attempt any different skin colour apart from a soft peach!
