Thanks, this piece doesn't get as much traffic as some of the others in my gallery, but I always liked it. It is good to know others enjoy it as well.

Personally, in looking at the original, I think he used a little too much shading, but thats just my opinion. Looking at yours, I can most definitely say that it is improved with color, because it doesn't seem as dark.

I agree that the original drawing was a little bit darker then mine, but the artist was using a more limited medium to convey the information he wanted to relate in this figure. I just wish I had the kind of talent displayed in the original drawing, if I could draw like he does, and color like I do, I would be very happy camper.
But for now I will have to content myself within my artistic abilities, while continuing to try to improve in my weak areas. Anyhoo, it is always nice to read your comments, thanks for looking at my stuff.
