Part 3
There are too many restless spirits here. The Beaufort Asylum is crowded with shadowy figures that become more real in the shadows. The spirits I encountered oustide were merely whisps of a memory, but the inmates are frighteningly realistic.
I am man enough to admit that I am frightened, yet morbid fascination compels me to continue to explore rooms to find the source of the tragedy that keeps each spirit here, locked in eternal torment. They scream and weep and murmur to themselves.
The Society has sent me here to exorcise the spirits so the premises can be converted into a community hospital, but I am to make extensive notes on thoughts, feelings and sightings as I progress.
I don't mean to remain for much longer, but I must succeed in my mission. It is this thought and curiousity that drives me on.

i know they are more about exocism etc but I feel they work just as well for fears that some people with mental health problems get, so for me it works on 2 levels
