ARMY PSAs (Proposed). While in Iraq, I was approached about the possibility of doing some Public Service Announcements that would be posted in the chow hall. The idea was to try to get soldiers to stop picking up UXO's, or "Un-Exploded Ordinance" as souvenirs or to take pictures. A lot of "dud" rounds were actually still live and potentially explosive, creating a danger for careless troops.
