Second vector ever based on the second sketch ever, blah-blah (see Vector 1 description).Wasn't planning to finish it today, but then couldn't help myself but do it. There was also supposed to be magic charge on her horn, but it came out so ugly I removed it. Don't feel like searching for tutorials on how to do it at 3 AM.
