"Here's a little lesson in trickery, this month is going down in history!"

Boy, what a month! Ever since I took a more hands off approach to things, by being more of an observer than a creator, the Months that fly by are ever so entertaining to watch. From corporate fuck ups, to careers ended in an instant. Let me tell you, I've hunted my boulders, I've set my Guardian Spice to 'High', I banned conspiracy theorists from every major platform, and I made sure to remember that Demons prefer to be called 'mortally challenged.'

While I'm not going to offer a full on rant for all of these topics. Allow me to provide some snarky rejoinder to some as we wave goodbye to August 2018.

We start with a MLP animator with a bucket load of kiddie porn. I would say I was completely shocked, but very few things do these days. With that in mind, I'd advise the PGG2016 team to watch their fucking asses. Cus inserting yourself into a cartoon about super powered toddlers as A BOYFRIEND.... We're on to you, shitheel!

While we're on the subject of minors, let's talk about my favourite movie of the year. "Walt Disney Presents: A Colossal Fuck Up!" You know, I think I was wrong about the Disney/Fox merger. Because watching Disney cock this all up has been nothing short of hilarious! First they turn the beloved Star Wars franchise into a McDonalds commercial complete with I'm With Her subtext. Next they brought out an Incredibles sequel that has no right to exist. And now they've thrown a shit load of cash down the drain.... Over some ancient tweets.

Don't let my snark mislead you, I'm on the side of the Guardians fans believe it or not. It was clear that James Gunn was making jokes.... Incredibly unfunny jokes probably enjoyed by MovieBob mind you, but jokes nonetheless. What followed was an ugly back and fourth between the fans, the studio, fellow celebs, and the Guardians of the Galaxy cast. Mainly Batista, which becomes painfully clear he wasn't hired for his raw intellect.

So according to Batista - the firing of James Gunn was a plot by the current US President. Yes, Batista. The fiendish and Machiavellian entity known as "Troy" traveled back in time, hacked into James Gunn's Twitter, left some unfunny edgy bullshit, traveled back to the future(tm) and alerted people of this crime! All for the diabolical purpose of getting a man he's had little contact with to lose his job.

...Aaaaaaanyway, things took a turn for the worse when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 went "on hold." Which as we've learned from Mass Effect, Ghostbusters 2016, and the recent announcement of Dishonored (to save time) basically means "taken out back and given both barrels." I do hope this issue can be resolved quickly so you all can enjoy Guardians 3... And I can ignore the shit outta it.

Next is.... Urgh, not this old fool again!

Folks if I'm completely indifferent to Troy and whatever nontroversy he tweeted in the last 5 seconds, then Jeremy Corbyn can share a rowboat with that mother fucker! I don't want to talk about him because I seriously have nothing nice to say. I feel he's probably gonna be the next PM of this country, because the media are repeating the same mistake they made with Troy. By trying to destroy him they've spread his message and made him "stronger." Though I will say the scandals of him being "a racist" or "anti-semetic" seem a bit farfetched. Sure the rest of the Labour party seem to have issues with the Jews (an issjew if you will) but until proven otherwise I don't see that with Corbyn. He's not a racist, anti-semetic, or a terrorist sympathizer. He's an old idiot who still thinks it's the 1960s.

And let's be straight with one another. Most of this horseshit comes from the Daily Mail. A rag that shares a lot in common with The Guardian. I wouldn't use either of em as bog roll, even if I was desperate. In fact, you can take the Daily Mail's usual bullshit of "Jeremy Corbyn is a _______" swap his name with Theresa May and then you have your average Guardian headline. I wouldn't mind talking about politics, but all people wanna say is "TROY AND CORBYN DID _____________!!!!" I often look at Infowars as the Laurel to TYT's Hardy. A clownish news network of Fox News rejects hosted by a walking Internet Meme. Asking to take Alex Jones seriously is a bit like MundaneMatt trying to screen share his report history, it cannot be done easily. For years, I've heard from colleagues and across the Internet that nobody takes Alex Jones seriously and the man is a laughing stock.

So you'll forgive me for being confused by the sudden shitcanning of the man from Apple all the way down to Youtube. I thought we normally reserve that kind of behavior for "Frogs swaying elections." I'm not saying he needs to have a free pass on anything, but what I take objection to is mass censorship because of his opinions. As I've said to people in the comment section on my page before "When it comes to censorship; you're either all in or you're against it!" So if you support Alex Jones being shutdown, then you really shouldn't complain when it happens to you. Still, with all this free time from being shut down, he can devote his energy into "his favourite kind of porn!"

Next.

While I'm toying with the idea of reviewing the Slender Man movie down the road, I'll say this for now. An ancient Internet creepypasta produced by the second biggest assholes in cinema with the budget of a Stormy Daniels handjob? What could possibly go wrong?

I will say I am in danger of being impressed with the new Super Smash Bros. Not only do we have Simon FINALLY joining the madness, but he brought Richter along for the fun. I did crack a smile with the reveal of King K Rool and even jokingly said "WHERE IS THE COCONUT!??" when I saw him, I'm glad 2 Belmonts, an internet meme, and even Dark Samus are here.... So encase Nintendo are reading my ramblings again.

Doom Eternal's use of political satire is fucking hilarious. I was interested before but that saucey little joke about demons being 'mortally challenged' made this a Day 1 purchase for me. Yes I am that petty.

D) Angry Joe's head.

On the matter of Battlefield V, I do apologsise for my own ignorance but I was under the impression nobody was still playing the Pespi to COD's flat Coke. I don't think anyone has an issue with women and minorities being in military shooters. However from the brief footage I saw, I don't seem to remember millennial's with hair dye, eyeliner, and talking like Tracer from Overwatch on the battlefield (unintentional pun). I'm presuming the ANTIFA costume will be DLC. Much like Dishonored and Mass Defect: Blandromeda, these studios are committing career suicide so that we all embrace the meaningless idea that "diversity is our strength!" Meanwhile their ignorance, stupidity, and lack of foresight is their greatest weakness.

Which was quickly reflected by the game being "delayed" and EA's stock doing it's impression of MundaneMatt's subscriber count. I have no interest in Battlefield as military shooters are not my thing. As an observer looking in, it's a PR nightmare that really bit them in the ass. And if Angry Joe thinks he's right on this issue, well in the words of his former employer.

"We're sorry you felt that way!"

I think what people are getting confused about the backlash to "Tumblr: The Anime." is not that it's produced by women. That's irrelevant.

The issue is "here's this wonderful new series we're working on, but we won't tell you anything major or important about it BUT HEY WOMYN MADE THIS!"

That tells me nothing about your product, and like any product you have to SELL this to your audience. Trailers are effectively a sales pitch to potential customers, yet all we know is "here's some diversity jaragn!" We know nothing about the characters, the main setting, the antagonist, the structure.... Even the characters names weren't important enough to you in that trailer.

Imagine if Dragonball was presented to us in this manner. "Here's a new series coming soon that was written by a man!" Nobody would care because you haven't told us what makes it good or wonderful in the first place. All I know is it's being worked on by people who make Velma from Scooby Doo look like Lisa Ann in her prime!

Nobody cares if you have womyn writing it, funding it, or making it a sandwich. TELL US WHAT THE SHOW IS AND WHY WE SHOULD GIVE A SHIT!!! Do that, and you'd instantly shut down any people bitching about it, for some might say "actually, that sounds interesting!"

But nope, the only thing being shut down is the comment section and ratings. When people do that, you're inviting hatred and backlashes... Or as the kids say these days "get woke, go broke!"
