I drew this awhile back at work.All they had was orange paper.
But I love the Hulk. Isn't he red now, anyway?

No. Red Hulk is a different person. All we know was that its someone who access to Gamma Base and hates Hulk more than General Ross. My money is on Glenn Talbot. Think about it he hates Hulk more than Eddie Brock hates Spider Man, he has insane methods of trying to kill the hulk, he likes to use guns, and he fell into a volcano (which would explain his heat powers).
