The face just doesn't look like Kuzco. If the outfit hadn't been so recognizable I wouldn't have known. Maybe it was just some of the angles in the face or something.,.

Yeah. I changed the face proportions a bit because I thought the original proportions would look ridiculous in any other style than the original style. I made the face way less thin than it was and I made the chin less huge. I modified the nose just a little. I kept the eyebrows the same though.
