It's expected that the monsters of fantastic tales go to Gensokyo after being forgotten in the Outside World. However, sometimes, some of those creatures don't make it to Gensokyo and are forever forgotten. Sometimes it's an extremely good thing. Arcadia was forgotten in the lore of the Old British, and it was the home of the fae, a species of hyper-evolved fairies that, without constrains, didn't do anything to curb their vices. But thankfully, they don't exist anymore, be it because of a decree from God Himself or the advancement of humanity.

However a small piece of their existance still resisted to oblivion and sought its way to rebuild the fae glory. And it found its way on the Ice Fairy Cirno. Gensokyo had experienced trouble with youkai that gained too much power in too little time, but the problem was deeper than that because the new Cirno turned out to be more chaotic than Utsuho Reiuji ever been. Yet, there was something different in Cirno and the incident solvers thought they had a chance to make her snap. Will they succeed?

Submitting for Drama, because this was something I had as a plot bunny once, because Eiki warned that Cirno might become something else if she didn't take care and stuff. Perhaps I'll recycle this in a future fic (but it won't be the focus of it). So I decided to make a climax scene (Reimu and Marisa are more serious than usual because this is a really serious incident and Cirno is still struggling with her fae impulses and fairy innocence, wondering what's the right thing).
