I really like how this turned out.
I drew this mostly in tech, in about two classes, haha.
This is the only reference picture I used: [link]
And my own hand was a reference too. xD
Used photoshop cs3 and cs4.

I agree with RikusShadow, You can really see the texture in the dogs fur (and the floor by the way!). All your pictures are trippy and kinesthetic (I hope I used that term right, just learned it in art class).

Great work, as always. Nice coloring, and I love the texture of the dog's fur. The way you drew the eyes and the nose are great, too.
The hand does look a bit off, though, but it's not that bad.

I think I did pretty well for just one reference..

The index finger doesn't seem to taper right, and the tip looks too small.
Still, the hand is better than what I could ever hope to do.
