Ah, no problem. Lol, most people either don't know him, or don't remember him.
Richie Foley was the best friend and eventual crime-fighting partner of Virgil Hawkins/ Static, on the show Static Shock.
In the 3rd season Richie (an adorable blond boy with glasses <3 ) discovers he too has super powers in the form of super intelligence. His super hero name is Gear, because he builds so much 'gear' for fighting bad guys and what not.
But anyway he's blond, likes the color green, builds mechanical stuff, and is adorable. You can see why I'm so totally in love with this chibi... lol.
