My speedster hero RPM husband and father. He had a bit of reputation for being ladies man until he met his match in Alice Liddell AKA Virago. He's not a scientist but has a sharp mind. He likes to take things slow and enjoy life. He didn't come into his powers until his mid teens. Although there's no Speed force that connects speedsters he can sense and track metahumans who move at high speeds including his son Relay and another young speedster known as Nonstop.
