(Toaru Series vs Azure Striker Gunvolt)Connections: they are both young, powerful, and versatile electrokinetic heroes from advanced futuristic worlds and societies with unique classifications surrounding their powers (Azure Striker and Electromaster, respectively), are members of a group of special people with supernatural abilities (Adepts and Espers, respectively), and are considered to be one of the strongest of their kind. Both had histories of being used in scientific experimentation projects at a young age (Project Gunvolt and Radio Noise Project, respectively) in order to produce more electrokinetics (Gunvolt was implanted with the Azure Striker Septima by the Sumeragi Group while Mikoto willingly gave her DNA to Higuchi Pharmaceutics who then used it to produce her clones, the Sisters). At one point, both have been forcibly ascended into more higher and powerful beings (a Primal Dragon and a Level 6, respectively).
Good MU tho Misaka with Anti Art Attachement against gunvolt would be pretty sick. It has great potential behind it NGL and it could become my favorite MU for both.
