I just noticed that not in a single instance a Wishing Star actually made a sad face, rather, its lips were just a very small dot, and only the Manga did so.
And its eyes are just also expressionless, adding to the creep factor.
The EDCP really is a strong mechanism to have, as escaping it is equivalent to breaking off one's arm.
5/10 would not really recommend on commitment Protocols because of its ''Anchored'' duties.
To be fair, it does deserve to have its existence in a fixed purpose.
Because maybe they will learn how to change eventually....if they can, of course.
